A clean sweep for Newschannel 8 in November

Portland, OR -- KGW Northwest NewsChannel 8 Wednesday, November 27 marked the completion of the fourth consecutive sweep victory, according to Nielsen. The station's sweep winning streak began in February, 2002 and continued in May, July and now November, 2002.

Continuing its steady three-year ascent, Northwest NewsChannel 8 dominated newscasts at Sunrise (5-7 am), as well as the crucial 5 pm, 5:30 pm, 6 pm, & 11 pm weekday newscasts and every weekend newscast, as well.
