Belo to hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders
Dallas, TX --Belo Corp. (NYSE: BLC) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 13, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Dallas Museum of Art Auditorium, 1717 North Harwood Street in Dallas, Texas. Management will report on the Company's operations and director election results.
The meeting will be simultaneously Webcast on the Company's Web site (www.belo.com/invest). To listen to the live Webcast, access www.belo.com and select "Investor Relations". Following the conclusion of the Webcast, a replay of the annual meeting will be available on Belo's Web site.
