KHOU-TV Channel 11 to air Hurricane Special

Houston, TX -- KHOU-TV, Channel 11 and Dr. Neil Frank, former director of the National Hurricane Center will preview this year's hurricane season during a prime-time special on Sunday, June 15 at 7:00 p.m. "Eyes on the Gulf: Hurricane Season 2003," will review present weather patterns and give Channel 11 viewers insight as to what may be expected over the next several months.

KHOU's hurricane expert and Chief Meteorologist Dr. Neil Frank, along with Meteorologists Mario Gomez and David Paul, will examine past hurricanes that have swept through the area. The special also includes a scientific look at the possibility of a hurricane striking the Texas Gulf Coast this hurricane season. "Eyes on the Gulf: Hurricane Season 2003" will also show viewers how to protect their famlies and homes during a hurricane.
