KHOU-TV brings Kidvid to Almeda Mall
Houston, TX -- KHOU-TV, Channel 11's Our Family Your Family program will bring KidVid, a free child identification program, to Almeda Mall on Tax Free Day, Saturday, August 2, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. KHOU's KidVid will be held in front of the JC Penney store at Almeda Mall, located at 12200 Gulf Freeway.
Channel 11 news anchors, Jerome Gray and Deborah Duncan, along with sports anchor Butch Alsandor, will be on hand to greet families and sign autographs. DePelchin Children's Center will also join KHOU-TV in presenting the free videos and other safety information to parents and kids. KidVid is a community service project of KHOU-TV, Channel 11, caring for our community in the Spirit of Texas.
