NorthWest NewsChannel 8 named "Television Station of the Year" for 2003
Portland, OR-- KGW Northwest NewsChannel 8 was presented with seven awards from the Oregon Association of Broadcasters, which is the most awards won by any radio or television station in Oregon. In addition, KGW won the top prize of "Television Station of the Year."
Awards were presented to stations throughout Oregon at a banquet held Saturday, September 13 at the Lloyd Center Doubletree Hotel in Portland:
