KMOV Channel 4 has highest ratings ever for News 4 This Morning

St. Louis, MO -- KMOVs News 4 This Morning audience is its highest ever with ratings growth for the fourth straight book in a row, based on the just completed February 2004 Nielsen sweep period. The program has increased 77% in audience since July 2003 with the team of Richelle Carey, Marc Cox, Lyra OBrien and Virginia Kerr.

Its exciting to know that the changes we have made to News 4 This Morning are making a positive difference to St. Louis morning television viewers, said Allan Cohen, President and General Manager of KMOV-TV. The energy and excitement of our new team continue to generate positive feedback, and ratings!

KMOV is also enjoying ratings among its highest in a year for the stations 5, 6 and
10 p.m. newscasts. KMOVs 10.3 rating at 6 p.m. and its 15.9 rating at 10 p.m. are the highest for the station over the past six Nielsen reports, with its 10.3 rating at 5 p.m. its second highest. KMOVs 10 p.m. rating is tied for the stations second highest in seven years.
