KGW Northwest NewsChannel 8 Wins 7 Awards

Portland, OR -- For the second straight year, KGW Northwest NewsChannel 8 was presented with seven awards from the Oregon Association of Broadcasters, the most awards won by any radio or television station in Oregon. For the second straight year, KGW won the top prize of "Television Station of the Year."

Awards were presented to stations throughout Oregon at a banquet held Saturday, August 28 in Bend, Oregon:
