Spirit of Texas Toy Drive more important than ever this year

Houston, TX KHOU-TV Channel 11 and the Salvation Army are teaming-up for The Spirit of Texas Toy Drive. The toy drive begins on November 21 and runs through December 20.

The drive will help make the holidays brighter for needy children, teenagers and elderly, this year in particular, with additional applications for help expected from Hurricane Katrina and Rita victims. New unwrapped gifts will be accepted at Casa Ol Restaurants, Keller Williams Realty locations, Randalls' grocery stores and Channel 11 studios, at 1945 Allen Parkway.
