Kotarek Named Senior Director of Distribution Operations at The Press-Enterprise

RIVERSIDE, CA -- Aaron Kotarek has been named senior director of distribution operations for The Press-Enterprise daily newspaper by Publisher and Press-Enterprise Company CEO Ron Redfern.

Kotarek comes to The Press-Enterprise from the Stockton Record, where he most recently was circulation director. Prior to working at the Record, he was sales and marketing manager at the Savannah (GA) Morning News.

Kotarek's role will focus on improving and enhancing the company's home delivery and single copy sales operations. Reporting to the vice president of circulation he will be working closely with circulation sales, customer service and the vice president of marketing to expand circulation and single copy sales and ensure that both the growing market and our advertisers are best served by the leading newspaper in Inland Southern California.

Kotarek began his newspaper career in his native Wisconsin with Thomson Newspapers. Twice during his five years with the organization, he earned the President's Award for Marketing Excellence.
