William G. O'Donnell Named Assistant Director of Operations-Administration at The Providence Journal

Providence, R.I. --William G. O'Donnell of Barrington has been named assistant director of operations-administration at The Providence Journal. In his new position, O'Donnell will have responsibility for all administrative functions in the Operations Department, including preprint distribution, newsprint warehouse, production receiving, interoffice dispatch, outside property management and facility security.

O'Donnell, who joined The Providence Journal in 1978, has worked in various capacities at the newspaper. Most recently he was operations administration manager. O'Donnell also served as a quality analyst manager of technical training and support and circulation district manager. He is an executive council member of the USPS Postal Customer Council, Providence.
