KMOV-TV #1 in St. Louis in May

St. Louis , MO. -- KMOV-TV's "News 4 at 10pm" finished the May 2006 sweep as THE most watched newscast in St. Louis. The late news on KMOV scored a 16.2 household rating share according to Nielsen Overnights for May 2006. In the all-important late news race, KMOV was up year-to-year despite a 10% drop in the CBS lead-in 9:30-10:00PM, and KSDK, the NBC affiliate, was down 7% year-to-year.

Also according to NSI, KMOV was the second highest rated late news in the entire country, trailing only KWTV in Oklahoma City.

KMOV also had major increases in key demographics throughout most key time periods. The highlights include:
