They said it today on "Good Morning Texas"

DALLAS -- Today in an interview with WFAA's Brenda Teele and Gary Cogill on "Good Morning Texas," best-selling author Mitch Albom talked about his new book "For One More Day" and the Dallas Cowboys:

"The great thing about this book is that I was able to write it and give it to my mom because she's still alive. I'm lucky because she got to read it. A lot of people don't have that opportunity."

"The book has been enormously well received even faster and bigger than "The Five People You Meet in Heaven"."

About Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo:

"Young quarterbacks are going to up and they're going to go down. I think you have a developing good team."

"I'm sure the Mavericks were watching the Heat get beat by 40 something points last night and say how come we couldn't beat them by 3 something points."

"Good Morning Texas" airs weekday mornings at 9 on WFAA-TV (Channel 8) in Dallas, Texas. Brenda Teele hosts the program, along with daily contributors Amy Vanderoef and Gary Cogill.
