KTVK Morning Show #1 for 13 Years
Good Morning Arizona has Remained on Top since Debut
PHOENIX KTVK, the powerhouse independent television station with the #1 local news in Arizona, is celebrating Good Morning Arizona's thirteenth year of ratings dominance after its February sweeps victory.
Good Morning Arizona was #1 M-F 5 - 9 a.m. with a 10% advantage over its next closest competitor, FOX 10. From 7 a.m. - 9 a.m., it beat the Today Show head-to-head by 14%.
Good Morning Arizona also reigned #1 on weekends. Saturday at 8 a.m., it is the #1 local or national morning program on either Saturday or Sunday.
KTVK's ever-popular morning show is a unique blend of breaking news, off-beat franchises, live events and music built around on-air talent whose chemistry sizzles and creates unpredictable, addictive TV.

During February, Good Morning Arizona featured on-air talent being uncovered by avalanche dogs in snow; visiting a pearl farm; swimming with dolphins; giving away a dream wedding; providing get healthy makeovers; speed dating; having fun at the pinball museum; visiting architect Al Beatle's valley home; doing the show live at the FBR Open; a Mardi Gras celebration; and, appearances by many top celebrities.
Higgins said the show will hit the road "live" again this May for its Road Trip around Arizona.
