KVUE Still Most-Watched Austin Television Station
Austin, TX -- KVUE is once again the most watched television station in Austin, according to Nielsen Media Research.
During the May Sweeps period, KVUE lead the pack from sign-on to sign-off Monday through Sunday with a 3.25 household rating.
KVUE News, once again, was the #1 rated newscast at 5pm with a 5.95 rating. "KVUE News at 6" won for the sixth straight time with a 5.93 rating and KVUE News Nightbeat (at 10pm) was #1 in its coveted time slot again by finishing with a 6.05 rating.

"Weekend Daybreak" on Saturday, was #1 in the market, earning a 2.57 rating. KVUE's Sunday 5:30pm newscast maintained the lead position with a 4.55 rating. Plus, KVUE's Sunday 10pm newscast continued as Austin's #1 late news on Sundays with a 6.58 rating.
