Scores Largest Margin of Victory in More Than a Decade
St. Louis, MO -- The last rating period before the conversion to Local People Meters gave KMOV Channel 4's late news its largest margin of victory in more than 10 years-2.1 rating points. For the sixth time in the last 8 major rating periods, KMOV's late news is #1 in the Nielsen ratings. Led by the frontline team of Vickie Newton, Larry Conners, Kent Ehrhardt and Steve Savard, "News 4 at 10:00PM" is once again the most-watched newscast in St. Louis. In addition, KMOV's 10:00PM news was the top-rated late newscast among all CBS, NBC and ABC affiliates in Nielsen metered markets.
"News 4 at Noon" anchored by KMOV veteran Robin Smith was also the #1 mid-day newscast.
