PHOENIX - KTVK-3TV's popular morning show "Good Morning Arizona" will expand an extra hour to 10 a.m. starting Monday, January 25th. "While other media outlets are cutting back their operations, we are investing valuable resources into our news products," said Nick Nicholson, President and General Manager of KTVK-3TV. "This expansion represents a 2.5 hour increase in the station's local news coverage each week allowing us to provide our news consumers with the most in-depth coverage of the day's local news while continuing to provide the quality programming our viewers have come to know and expect from 3TV."

Beginning January 25th, 3TV's weekday line-up will feature "Good Morning Arizona" from 4:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., "Your Life A to Z" at 10 a.m. followed by an encore presentation of the "Dr. Oz Show" at 11 a.m.
"The 8 to 10 a.m. block of "Good Morning Arizona" will be a slightly new format, with three anchors: Tara Hitchcock, Scott Pasmore and Kaley O'Kelley," said Brad Remington, Executive News Director at KTVK-3TV. "The show will have all the news, traffic and weather, with 3TV meteorologist April Warnecke, that people need and want to start their day, along with some of our viewer's favorite segments including Dave the Garden Guy, the Queen of Clean and the "Good Morning Arizona" Watercoooler."
The expansion of "Good Morning Arizona" comes on the heels of the launch of 3TV's latest programming venture, "Politics Unplugged," a weekly half-hour political show designed to unplug political rhetoric and provide the facts on the most pressing political and policy issues facing Arizonans.
