KREM 2 Wins Big in February Ratings

Spokane, WA - KREM 2 News sees continual growth in viewership during February Sweeps period from January 27 through February 23, 2011.

At 5:00 a.m. KREM 2 News First Edition gains 27% in HH share YTY, gains 40% in HH ratings YTY and increases its rating in the key A25 to 54 demo by 50% YTY.

At 6:00 a.m. KREM 2 News wins in the A25-54 and A18-49 demo seeing 65% growth in the HH rating YTY. It also doubled its A25 to 54 share and rating YTY. KREM 2's 6:00 a.m. newscast also saw huge gains in the A18-49 demo, increasing its share by 128% and rating by 117%.

KREM 2 News is the only local station to provide viewers with a noon newscast, and it dominates this time period with a HH rating higher than all other Spokane broadcast TV stations combined. KREM 2 News at Noon received a 7.1 rating and 29 share.

KREM 2 News at Five wins its time period in HH and in the key A25 to 54 and A18-49 demos.

KREM 2 News at Six wins its time period in HH and in the key A18-49 demo.

KREM 2 News at Ten on KSKN sees tremendous growth YTY, increasing its household rating by 56% and its HH share by 89% YTY. On the weekends KREM 2 News at 10 saw an impressive 156% growth in HH ratings and 204% in HH share YTY.
